Obituary for Jack W. Moore
Jack W. Moore, 88, of San Bernardino, CA went to be with Jesus on April 15, 2014. Jack was born in Los Angeles, CA on December 9th, 1925 and lived with his family in California all of his life. He served in the US Navy during World War II and will be buried with veteran’s honors at the Riverside National Cemetery on May 2 at 1:15 pm. There will be a dinner reception to follow at the Yucaipa Elks Lodge at 12165 2nd St, Yucaipa, CA. Jack was a 32nd degree Mason, a millwright for over 50 years, and worked on many large construction projects including power plants, steel mills and refineries at sites across the US. He loved camping, fishing, dancing, motorcycles, and the ocean. He is survived by his sister Rosemary Moore of Brea, CA, daughter Cheri Tuthill and husband Jim of Yucaipa, CA, son Ed Moore and wife Chris of Vacaville, CA, and son Marty Moore of Hesperia, CA. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren Stephanie Pippenger, Jeff Tuthill, Luke Moore, Lisa Harder, Jamie Johansen, Mikel Moore, and his 7 great grandchildren, Maddie Pippenger, Domonique Radtke, Cody Moore, Brooke Moore, Dale Harder, Sunny Harder and Mallory Moore. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Mary Jane, and they are now together in Heaven. He will be missed by all of us left behind but we know we will see him again.
