Obituary for Vivian Smith
Vivian Smith was born on June 29, 1932, the youngest of identical twins boys, to Florence and Charlie Smith in Shiner, Texas. He graduated from Asbury High School in Yoakum, Texas and College in California.
He was preceded by his father, mother, siblings , Melvin Kirkendall, Johnny Lee Gardner, Charlie Smith, Ida Mae McGuire, Victor Smith, (Identical Twin), and Son, Victor Smith. He is survived by daughters, Brenda Stovall and Dr. Gigi Smith, eight grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild and a host of family and friends.
Vivian was a strong advocate of education and family. He loved deeply and was very sensitive. He was the president of the “Do Nothing” club and a proud member of the United States Air Force. He was a decorated disabled veteran.
