Obituary for Rebecca Ann Beans
Rebecca Ann Beccie Beans, 71, of Vacaville passed away at her home in Vacaville on July 26 after a long battle with Alzheimers Disease. She was born on Sep. 20, 1939 in Morillton, AR and raised in Richmond, CA.
She was employed for 22 years at Luckys Warehouse. She was very talented and made beautiful ceramics. She loved to play guitar and sing, and had a passion for music. Her family was her world.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 19 years, Fred Beans; her parents, Opal Aston and John Rainbolt; stepfather Charlie Aston; sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara Hall and Melba and Jim Hampton. She is survived by her daughters, Debby (Pat) Armour and Jennifer Beans of Vacaville; Janet (Dana) Payne of Orangevale; son Isom (Vickey) Beans of Vacaville; brothers and sisters-in-law John (Sandy) Rainbolt of Rainier, WA and Bill (Barbara) Aston of Fresno brother-in-law Jack Hall of Brentwood; grandchildren Joe Armour, Kurtis Payne, Jacob Armour, Morgan (Logan) Murphy, Tory Armour, Joshua Beans, Rebecca Armour and Emily Payne; and great-grandchildren Kylie and Asa.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 6 at McCune Garden Chapel. Interment will be at Rolling Hills Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
