Obituary for Pamela Ann Schutte Lozano
Pamela Lozano passed into God’s embrace March 21, 2018 with her family at her side. Pamela was born May 16, 1949, the daughter of Harold and Hazel Hendrix. Her father was a Missionary Baptist Pastor last serving in Vallejo, CA. Pam graduated from Hogan High School, Vallejo, in 1967, Contra Costa College and Fresno State. She became a licensed CPA working in Fresno area and Sacramento. Upon retiring she relocated to Vacaville. She was very active in church and community activities in Vacaville. Pam was an eager volunteer and loved by many for her generosity and Christian spirit.
Pamela was the loving wife of the late Paul McDonald and the late George Schutte.
In November 2014 she married Gary Lozano of Vacaville.
A devoted mother and grandmother to a large loving family, she enjoyed entertaining in her home and traveling to see them. She was an avid gardener and loved flowers.
She and Gary traveled extensively since marriage, they loved cruising!
Pamela is survived by her husband Gary; son, Ryan McDonald; stepson Jeff; stepdaughter Anna; grandson Kateio McDonald; grandchildren Alexis and Nicholas Lozano, Bailey, Avery and Caiden Mikush. Pamela is also survived by her sister, Geraldine Howard; brother William Hendrix; and many beloved nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces. Also surviving Pam is her lifelong friends Ed and Sally Wickman and their loved ones to whom she was a devoted sister, aunt and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her sisters Betty Carlile and Nancy Salter.
Services will be held on March 28, 2018 at McCune Garden Chapel, Vacaville, CA 95688.
