Obituary for Louise Howells
Louise Marie Roldan Howells, also known to many as Lulu, passed away peacefully at home. Louise was born to the late Mary Lou and Louie Roldan in San Francisco, CA. She grew up in San Francisco, and later moved to Vacaville where she lived out the rest of her life. Louise was a social butterfly and loved her job at Hallmark, where she could always find the exact card to express what you needed. She loved decorating for the holidays, watching the Hallmark and Lifetime movies with her daughters, cooking and baking up goodies in the kitchen, and thrift store/garage sale shopping. She was passionate about her pets, as shown by the many stray dogs she fostered or adopted through the years. Louise was loving, caring and generous, always helping out others any way she could. Louise was a beloved life companion, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Louise is survived by her soul mate, Gordon Balthazor; sons, Anthony and Erick; daughter, Ilka and her husband Ezra; adopted daughter, Quyen; step sons, Kurt, Keith and his wife Jackie, Mickey and his wife Shannon; grandkids, Gabriel, Andrew, Courtney, Erin, Christian, Jordan and Michael, Jr.; sisters, Mary, Dorothy, Angela and Anna; brother, Eddie; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; and a host of wonderful friends. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m., on Nov. 25, at the First Baptist Church of Vacaville, 1127 Davis St., Vacaville, CA, 95687. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Louise's name to SPCA Solano County, 2200 Peabody Rd., Vacaville, CA 95687 (or donate online at www.solanospca.com). - See more at: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/thereporter/obituary.aspx?n=louise-marie-roldan-howells&pid=168114553#sthash.U1SSw63h.dpuf
