Obituary for Letha Irene (Westbrook) Suitt
Letha Irene (Westbrook) Suitt, 69, passed away after a brief illness in San Mateo, December 15th. Letha was born in Vacaville and had been a resident of San Mateo for 47 years when she passed. Letha was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and her puppies. She also enjoyed quilting, reading, collecting Vacaville memorabilia and going to Reno. Letha leaves behind her husband of 49 years, John Stuart Stuitt; sons, Michael Suitt and Dillon Suitt; brother-in-law Stephen Suitt; sister-in-law Rebecca Webb; grandchildren, Emily, Chloe, and Melanni Suitt; many nieces and nephews, Pamela Hall Payne and J.R., William “Tom” (Sandy) Hall, Virginia “Shorty” Hall, Debbie and Paula Pulido and numerous great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents, William Ell and Lena Lee Westbrook; sisters and brothers Doris (Manuel) Pulido, Eldean (Howard “Gene”) Hall. Visitation will be held at McCune Garden Chapel, Thursday, December 19th, 10-12pm following by funeral service at 12pm and interment at 2 pm at the Vacaville Elmira Cemetery. Chaplain Gretchen Shilts will officiate service and Terry Fernandez will be the musician.
