Obituary for Lawrence Jarvis
Lawrence (Larry) Jarvis passed away peacefully on December 9, 2021. Larry was born in Mc Loud Oklahoma on April 28, 1931 to Ervin and Susie Jarvis. Larry and his wife Patti moved to Vacaville in 1981. He was a Welder at Tesoro Oil Refinery in Martinez for over 40 years, retiring in 2007. Larry was loved by everyone he knew and was the kindest and most thoughtful man. There was a large welcoming party of family and friends for Larry when he arrived in heaven. Larry is preceded in death by his wife Patti, daughter Shelly, son Mike, granddaughter Dawn and grandson’s Michael, Jr. and Joshua, his parents and multiple siblings. Larry is survived by his daughter’s Lorie (Mark) and Patti, granddaughter Janean, grandson’s Jeffrey (Ariana) and Drew, Great-grandson’s Dalton and Austin and great-great-granddaughter Annalicia, and brother Paul (Pat) along with multiple nieces and nephews. A military service will be held at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to NorthBay Hospice and Bereavement.
