Obituary for Judy Zamora Rogers
Judy Zamora, 52, of Fairfield, California, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. She is preceded by her late husband, Ernie Rogers and the daughter of the late Pedro and Delfina Zamora. Despite being handicap, Judy has a huge heart, putting others before self. She’s a very caring and giving person. She loves riding around in her scooter, cheering and greeting everyone along the way. Judy enjoys her word puzzles, loves her friends and is full of laughter. Judy is greatly loved and will be forever missed. In addition to her parents and late husband, Judy was preceded in death by Brothers Eugene Zamora, Long Beach, CA; Pete, Salt Lake City, UT; and Sister, Maria Montoya, Chalan Pago, GU. Judy is survived by her Soul Mate, David “Bobby” McMurry; her Brothers, Louie of San Bernardino, CA; George (Christine), Vacaville, CA; Paul (Nancy), Lancaster, CA; Jesse (Tonya) of Atwater, CA; Sisters, Stella ‘Laling’ (Larry) Barnes, Waipahu, HI; Millie (Mark) Lysne, John Day, OR; Josephine (Robert) Guerrero, Fairfield, CA; and Dores (Richard) Centeno, Yigo, GU. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Sheppard of the Hill in Vacaville, 580 Trinity Dr, January 5, 2015, 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at the Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery. Refreshment will follow afterwards at the Sheppard of the Hill Reception Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Epileptic Foundation.
