In 1955, Don married his high school sweetheart, Dixie Fisher, and they had three children: Katherine Webb Calhoon of Florida, Kelli Webb Macha of Sutherlin, Oregon & James D. Webb of Vacaville. Don is survived by his significant other of almost 30 years, Carol Schneider Bourgerie of Vacaville. Besides his parents & brother, he was predeceased by his son-in-law Steven Calhoon.

Don lived in Sacramento while working for Techni-Color for several years before returning to Vacaville with his family in order to take over his father's business (Webb's Welding & Steel Manufacturing) when Ivan's health started to decline. Don was very proud of the fact that his son, Jim, is now the third generation to run Webb's Welding.
