Isabel Lavalle, 69 years, of Vacaville passed away on January 21st surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Guadalajara, Mexico on January 23rd, 1954. At the age of three she immigrated with her family to the U.S. and grew up in Sacramento, CA. While attending CSU, Sacramento she met the love of her life, Ignacio Lavalle. They were married on December 1st, 1973 and recently celebrated 50 years of marriage.
Isabel worked for Basic American Foods for 30 years before retiring in 2011. She was very active in her community and a proud member of the Vacaville Elks Lodge. She immensely enjoyed cooking her delicious food for family and friends and also enjoyed traveling and regular visits to the casinos.
Isabel was survived by her husband, Ignacio; daughters Christina (Jesse) Becerra and Monica Lavalle; and her beloved grandsons Diego, Faustino and Nicolas.
Services will be held on February 8th at McCune Garden Chapel at 10am (212 Main St., Vacaville) with a Celebration of Life to follow at the Vacaville Elks Lodge (304 Parker St., Vacaville).
