Obituary for Eustolia Martinez
It is with great sadness that the family of Eustolia Martinez, known to friends and family as “Tola”, passed away peacefully at home on June 25th, 2018. She was born in on May 21, 1932. A native of Arandas Jalisco, Mexico, she, her husband and their children valiantly moved to Dixon in 1962. Together they raised seven loving children. The undying love and devotion she shared with her husband was admired by all on both sides of the border. Eustolia Martinez loved God and lived every day as a devout Catholic. Eustolia will be forever remembered by her children, Jose de Jesus (Chacho) , Alejandro (Alex), Maria Guadalupe (Mary), Gerardo (Gerry), Teresita de Jesus (Teresa), Eugenia (Gena) , and Anna Rosa (Anna). Beloved by her grandchildren, Adrian, Monica, Alejandra, Carolina Benjamin Paul, David Christopher , Daniel Isaac , Jacqueline Michelle , Fabian, and Renee’ Rose, great-grandchildren, Mathew, Evelyn, Elias, Ramses, and Isabel as well as friends and family from both countries. Viewing will be from 2-5pm with Rosary at 4:00pm on Sunday, July 1st at Milton Carpenter Funeral Home. Mass will be held on Monday, July 2nd at 10:00am at St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Silveyville Cemetery with reception to follow at St. Peter’s Church Parish Hall.
