Obituary for Edna Anne Bereziuk
Edna Bereziuk, 84 of Vacaville passed away peacefully after a short battle with lung cancer on Wednesday, Oct.. 27 in Vacaville. She was born on July 21, 1926 in Detroit, Mich.Edna was a devoted wife and homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and her friends at Merrill Gardens. She was also a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church.Edna was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Raymond Bereziuk in 2008. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Joe Sacca of Vacaville, Cheryl and Robert Arkebauer of Plumas Lake, Calif., Susan and David Atiyeh of Livonia, Mich., Bonnie and David Wright of Hemet, Calif., Patricia and Skip Pascoe of Brighton, Mich.; son and daughter-in-law, Raymond Bereziuk of Cheyenne, Wyo.; brother, George May of Surprise, Ariz.; sister, Norene Vargo of Bay City, Mich.; 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.A visitation will be held today from 10 - 11 a.m. followed by a Mass at 11 a.m. both at St Josephs Catholic Church. Father Matthew Marankulam will be officiating. A private burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to Northbay Hospice, Susan G. Koman, or St Judes Childrens Hospital.
