Deborah Debbie Norman, 52, of Vacaville passed away after a long illness on Friday, Sept. 16 at home. She was born in Sacramento on Aug. 13, 1959.
Debbie was a housewife and mother for 28 years. She was a member of The Fathers House in Vacaville. She enjoyed gardening, painting and crafting.
Debbie is survived by her husband of 28 years, Billy W. Norman, Jr.; daughters, Angela, Amanda, and Norman; son, Matthew Norman and fiance Samantha Larson; mother and step-father, Linda and Frank Silva; sister-in-law, Tara Norman and family; stepbrother, Frank Silva, Jr. and family; sister and brother-in-law, Pamela and Kenny Kehr; stepsister, Toni Lynn Larocque ; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Daren and Stacey, Scotty and Bridgett, and Kevin and Erika Norman and families; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Rosemary and Billy Norman; grandchild, Victoria Lomeli; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father,Wm. W, Brown; grandparents, Sam and Virginia Acree, and Helen and Bill Brown.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 3 p.m. at The Father House, 126 Peabody Road in Vacaville. Pastor Dave Patterson will be officiating.
