Obituary for Deborah 'Debbie' Norman
Deborah Debbie Norman, 52, of Vacaville passed away after a long illness on Friday, Sept. 16 at home. She was born in Sacramento on Aug. 13, 1959.
Debbie was a housewife and mother for 28 years. She was a member of The Fathers House in Vacaville. She enjoyed gardening, painting and crafting.
Debbie is survived by her husband of 28 years, Billy W. Norman, Jr.; daughters, Angela, Amanda, and Norman; son, Matthew Norman and fiance Samantha Larson; mother and step-father, Linda and Frank Silva; sister-in-law, Tara Norman and family; stepbrother, Frank Silva, Jr. and family; sister and brother-in-law, Pamela and Kenny Kehr; stepsister, Toni Lynn Larocque ; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Daren and Stacey, Scotty and Bridgett, and Kevin and Erika Norman and families; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Rosemary and Billy Norman; grandchild, Victoria Lomeli; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father,Wm. W, Brown; grandparents, Sam and Virginia Acree, and Helen and Bill Brown.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 3 p.m. at The Father House, 126 Peabody Road in Vacaville. Pastor Dave Patterson will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, please support the UC Davis Cancer Center in their ovarian cancer research endeavors."
