Obituary for Deborah A. Holland

A loving mother and great freind, Deborah Ann Holland left this earth September, 26 2011 with her son Wayne and some dear friends by her bedside.Born in Sumter South Carolina, December 9, 1956 she was 54 yrs old. Deborah was a beautiful, warm hearted and devoted mother, homemaker and friend. She was a single mother who devoted her life to raising and supporting her son Wayne in what ever he did. This led to many wonderful years of involvment in various organizations and programs, she volunteered for PTA, Waggoner school, Winters little league, Pony league baseball, Swim team, gradnite and was a member of Lions club. She was a great fan of all sports in the winters community and would travel to far away games to cheer for the teams. Deb could tell you how good the food was at snack bars from Sutter to Orville and willows to wheatland she knew them all. She will be so greatly missed in the parents section at our events but we take solice in knowing we have a angle rooting from above. Proceeded in death by her husband, Wayne O. Holland Jr. survived by her son Wayne O. Holland 3rd. of winters mother Phyllis Morton of arizona. sister Suzanne Ropers of Texas and a brother Stanton Eschwig of the bay area. A celebration of Deborahs life will be held Saturday oct 8 at 11:00am at the creekside recreation park in winters. Bring a food dish to share for a potluck picnic. In lew of flowers please make a donation to one of deb's favorite organizations she volunteered with.
