Obituary for Dale Demaray Jr.
Dale Demaray Jr. passed away peacefully at home on the afternoon of September 8, 2021, due to the complications of terminal cancer. Dale was born to the late Dale Sr. and Dorothy in Michigan in 1934 and is preceded in death by wife Jackie; his parents, brother, and two sisters. He is survived by sons: Greg (Glenda), Jeff (Carol), Keith (Carla); grandchildren: Brandie (Kenny), Kellymarie (Steven), Gregory, Britainy (Baxter), Chase (Erin), Renelle (Justin), Esme (Mike), Jens, Adam; Great Grandchildren: Chelsea, Baxter Jr., Faith, Jackson, Haylee, Nolan, Brinley, and Sawyer. An engineer in his youth, Dale worked for Boeing and Explosive Technologies before leaving the engineering field to partner with wife Jackie to support the growth of Demaray Pool Supply in 1977 a hometown business that they ran together until Jackie’s passing, that continues to be family owned and operated. In 2000, Dale met the love of his life Rosemary Koos with whom he spent the last 21 years traveling, golfing, and enjoying watching his beloved San Francisco Giants and 49ers. In his later years, Dale found faith and became a devout Catholic. He will be missed by all. Those who would like to pay their respects are invited to join the family at McCune Garden Chapel, 212 Main St. Vacaville 95688 at 10:00 a.m. on October 1, 2021.
