CONSTANTINO “TONY” DOMINGUEZ

May 17, 1939 – January 6, 2023


Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, and Uncle, peacefully passed away at age 83, on January 6, 2023 in Vacaville, California.


As a young man, Tony worked for a machine shop in Manila which granted him access to the United States. He found work with a shipping line company that required his trade skills to maintain large machinery. From there, his Journeyman Machinist career took off. He worked for companies like Delaval from 1967-1979 where he worked on specifications for large engines and turbines for ships, then CIMCO from 1979-1989. Tony retired from UNICO, after working there from 1989-2001.


For leisure, Tony joined the Amateur Bowlers Tour (ABT) in 1981, which involved many fun weekends traveling to Bay Area bowling alleys and exciting tournaments! He really enjoyed fishing and his favorite to catch were deep sea sturgeon. Tony also fished locally with the family in areas like Benicia, Suisun and Grizzly Island. In 1991, Tony joined a Radio Club where family and friends would take road trips and go camping. He also loved golf and watching the San Francisco 49ers.


Tony was a hard-working family man, who loved to build and put his skills to creative use. He loved his family unconditionally and made sure they spent quality time together creating precious memories that will last a lifetime.


Tony, born on May 17, 1939 to Lamberto and Teofista Dominguez in Manila, Philippines, was the youngest of four siblings. Tony is survived by his wife of 43 years, Elizabeth Dominguez, his two daughters, and his son. His eldest daughter Sonia Dominguez, husband Kirk and granddaughter Kiana. Younger daughter Tonieleigh Dominguez, wife Sally and grandson Braedan. His son Constantino “Tante” Dominguez Jr., his fiancé Sarah, and grandchildren “Tre,” Gabriel, Lillian, and Kairi.
