Obituary for Clyde Bush
Clyde decided to spend his 88th Birthday in heaven with his beloved wife Gwen. They had been married for 67 years at her passing Feb. 2013. Born in La Junta, Colorado on his father's farm, Clyde entered the Air Force at the age of 18 and served over 20 years, retiring as a Master Sergeant at Travis Air Force Base. Clyde was a man of pride, who served his Country, his family and his church to the best of his ability. He is survived by children, Vicky, Gary, Sandy, and Todd. Also son-in law, Kent, daughter-in-law, Karen; sister-in-law, Lucy Lance, and brother and sister in laws, Vern and Bob Christiansen. A memorial service will be held at the Christian Church of Vacaville, 66 Vine St., at 11:30 a.m., on Friday, Jan. 31. The service will be followed by a reception in the social hall. Full Military Honors will be presented at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Memorial gifts may be made to the Christian Church of Vacaville in lieu of flowers
