Obituary for Anna Rubio
Anna was a resident of Winters from the time she immigrated from Marchal de Lubrin Spain in 1947 at the age of 16. She passed away peacefully on April 25th. She was the youngest child of 3 children from parents Jose and MagdalenaRamirez Carrion, natives of Spain. Anna is survived by her daughters Annie Riley (Pat), Arleen Borchard, Donna Denton, sister-in-laws Isabel Carrion, Faustina Carrillo, Carmen Soulier (Bob), Josie Cuberos (Ralph), 8 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and1 great-great grandchild; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband Peter W Rubio, son Joseph, son-in-law Tony Borchard, siblings Diego Carrion and Juana Ramos and her parents. A visitation will be held on Monday, May 6, 2019 from 5pm to 7pm with a rosary at 6pm at McCune Garden Chapel in Vacaville. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 11am at St. Anthony's Church in Winters with burial to follow. She will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made Yolo Hospice or charity of your choice.
