Ramona Irene Fletcher (Mona), 92 years:
Mona, of Dixon, California, formerly of Hayward, California, died peacefully on February 13, 2017 in her home with her two daughters Linda Green of Dixon, California and Karen Coale of Prineville, Oregon by her side. Born February 28, 1924, in San Dimas, California. Preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Eula Dickinson of Hayward, California, her late husband Robert Fletcher, brothers David and Frank Dickinson, and sisters Dorothy King and Doris Stanley.
Mona worked in her family’s furniture factory until she married Robert in 1975. They owned the Kara-Lin Lounge until retirement. They traveled to visit family and friends thru out their retirement. Mona was a homemaker, loved to cook, for family and gatherings. Mona, was also involved in the American Legion Auxiliary, working her way thru the ranks. Mona along with her dear friend, Norma South, delivered meals on wheels and set up the Legion Hall for blood bank for many years.
